Overnight Sourdough Pancakes
The Night Before: Starter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon yeast
Combine the above ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl.Cover the bowl with a plate and set it somewhere cozy.
In The Morning: Batter
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Stir up the bowl and add the above ingredients.
